MY STORY
Let’s get to know each other
Hi, I’m Violet Gietmanskaja, an Erickson International–trained coach, an art-based practitioner, and a trauma-informed specialist.

I help you rise from burnout and avoid it altogether.
Restore your ability to rest well and learn what quality rest actually looks like.
Find yourself again: inner strength, meaning, grounding, and motivation.
Achieve personal and business goals without pain or self-loss.

I work with coaching techniques, art-based practices, Metaphoric Associative Cards (MAC), and transformational games.

I also created the VIOLET coaching framework, blending coaching tools with art for practical, lasting change.

I’m also a seasoned traveler … but one step at a time!
How it started
  • Since childhood I dreamed of
    becoming a cardiac surgeon,
to help and to heal people
  • Life, however, made me a lawyer
In 2003 I began at the Association of Russian Banks on a roof-tilting salary of $300 (yes, really)
  • For three fascinating years
I worked on banking-infrastructure projects and organized major business conferences in Moscow and abroad
  • I was a part of large-scale projects and offsite events
with top speakers from business and governments
The “wide choice” that salary allowed—new tights or a bar of soap—didn’t exactly thrill me. I wanted to change my income level radically. After a lot of effort I joined TNK-BP at a much higher salary.

And at 25 I moved abroad as a lawyer, temporary for a couple of years max. I fell in love with travel;
meeting people of many nationalities, learning their cultures, noticing the everyday—how they live, what they celebrate, the little routines—and witnessing the world’s diversity and beauty.

Saw another way of living, and told myself:
for some reason i do not want and
I’m not moving back to Moscow
My professional life took off. The next 19 years were in big business and legal support: multimillion-dollar deals, boards of directors, and building corporate structures across multiple jurisdictions. And yes, a lot.. a lot of work. 24/7.
  • An honorary gold star
In the “Worked Weekends & Vacations” club, I’d have been a lifetime member, winning on repeat.
  • And then
I burned out to ashes, and I've released that
    I’m done living that way.
I spent my vacations and every weekend curled up with my laptop.
For a long time I believed that this was life: work and duties first, everything else later—and that this was normal. No room for fatigue or softness; you grind and “grow.” But over time I started to notice it: something was off...

I tried to change course a few times—back in 2012 I even trained as a wedding planner—but I still feared making the final leap, leaving a stable job for the work my heart kept pulling me toward.

Then, right on cue, everything hit at once—from every direction. And it landed: if something happened to me now (illness, burnout, personal crisis), no one would really care. They’d just replace me with another cog in the machine. At the pace I was keeping, trouble wasn’t far away.
Who’s going to live my life and when? At 80?
That thought landed hard. I put in my and
moved to Greece for a while.
There, I returned to organizing, but this time travel. And I realized I didn’t just want to plan logistics and itineraries; I wanted to help people find what they were missing. To create comfort. To make people feel… happy.

That shift led me from business events and trips to transformational programs, co-creating them with psychologists.

To really understand the meaning and to field-test the tools and methods personally and see what actually works, I started learning the methods up close and trying everything on myself. The deeper I went, the clearer it became. Training after training, insight after insight,
I saw that this is my calling. So I became a professional.
Now I’m a coach, an art-based practitioner,
and a trauma-informed specialist.
In a way, I returned to my childhood dream of becoming a cardiac surgeon, I help hearts beat happier and lighter, only with different “scalpels.”
  • I live
between Greece, Poland, and Cyprus (and previously lived in two other countries). This multicultural experience is a huge asset in my work with people.
  • I’m happily married
Stepping out from under the corporate grind, shifting my mindset, and seeing life anew, I met my person almost immediately.
  • I’ve been traveling for 20 years
many countries, cities, and everyday lives. I now join offsite programs not only as an organizer but also as a coach and creator.
  • I help people and animals
I run online consultations and full programs grounded in professional training, and I can confirm, from my own experience and my clients’ results: it works. A share of my income goes to supporting homeless animals. I still volunteer: I rescue strays from the street, foster, and help them find safe homes.
my motto
«Dreams are meant to come true
And not only personal ones. Teams and companies dream of clarity, alignment, and delivery—without burning people out. That’s where I come in.
Your life and your projects can be a real journey.
I help you chart the route, climb for a clear view, navigate turbulence, and keep a sustainable pace so you arrive where it matters, together.
From cruising altitude the whole system makes sense;
on the runway, the next actions are clear.
