I designed the mix and sequence of our sessions so you gain energy—never burn out.

Morning Practice
10 minutes, before you get out of bed
A gentle activation (a short stretch + breath priming) that gives you steady positive energy and helps you move past situations that usually pull you into an emotional spiral.
Energy Journal
A simple tracker of where your “battery” drains—and what charges it
By day three you’ll see clear patterns (time of day, task types, events, communication, rituals, environment), and simple fixes will appear.
Role Mini-Experiments
Live an hour—or a whole day—in a new “costume”
This releases tension, shifts perception, and builds new neural pathways—so a new reality and space around you start to form.
Micro-Challenges
Very light, positive daily prompts
They create fresh neural connections that shape a brighter tomorrow—and help you start changing today toward joy and ease

We dive into self-contact to clarify your true goals, desires, and priorities
  • 5 Days
    I’ll send or host online the specially prepared practices and exercises, with clear instructions and timing (live or recorded).

    You’ll also have protected solo time—no noise, no distractions.
  • What You’ll Need
    Paper, paints or pencils, a notebook.
    About 30 minutes a day (+ ~30 minutes for assignments).

    Chat time is optional: take as much support as you need—and offer as much as you wish.
  • Access to Recordings
    If you can’t join live, recordings will be available. You’ll keep access to everything afterward for another 3 months.

    Questions & Support
    Ask questions during the marathon—in DM or in chat. You’ll get feedback on the tasks and help with interpreting your metaphorical hints, etc.
